mushrooms. Attractive regional character and organically produced.
- This wine is delicious
now,
but may continue to improve for one or two years, drink before 2010
- A very well made wine in the style of a classical Monbazillac, but without the sometimes too abundantly used sulfite. It is very clean and clear in style and will provide much pleasure for a modest price. It lacks the depth, complexity and richness of the super cuvée Andromède 2003 of the same producer, but it is more versatile.
