Finish: sweet, rich, mild, unctuous, earthy, clean, with creamy fruit, good concentration and nice freshness.

* A medium intense, mild, soft and sweet wine, very clean and pure character with honey, rich and ripe fruit and an earthy, spicy touch of mushrooms. Attractive regional character and organically produced.

- This wine is delicious now,  but may continue to improve for one or two years, drink before 2010

- A very well made wine in the style of a classical Monbazillac, but without the sometimes too abundantly used sulfite. It is very clean and clear in style and  will provide much pleasure for a modest price.  It lacks the depth, complexity and richness of the super cuvée Andromède 2003 of the same producer, but it is more versatile.
