Rivera Rosé  2004,  D.O.C. Castel del Monte

Colour: clear and light purple rosé.
Nose: medium expressive with minerals, fresh fruit (some cherries, berries), spicy with some herbs, very clean and refreshing, some refinement, good personality, promising freshness, compactness and a strong character.
Taste: dry, very fresh, compact, quite powerful, with loads of minerals, clean cherry fruit, some piquancy, mineral acidity, some yeast, an attractive touch of bitterness, juicy, very refreshing and very clean with excellent balance: all you want with good food and good company.
Finish: medium long, dry, very fresh, with compact minerally impressions, cherry fruit, a slight touch of sweetness, very clean, with great balance.
