Céline & Laurent Tripoz "Chant de la Tour" 2005, A.C. Bourgogne rouge. **HERITAGE WINE**
* An elegant, refined and medium bodied red Burgundy, very pure style with great and subtle fruit, freshness, soft and restrained tannins, excellent balance, lacking perhaps a bit in depth (made from still young vines) but offering impressive purity and elegance instead.  Biodynamically produced (in conversion).
- estimated retail price ca. 14,00 euro
- tasted: 05-10-’06

Céline & Laurent Tripoz Macon  Loché  2004, A.C. Macon Loché . **HERITAGE WINE**
* A white Burgundy with a very pure, clean and balanced character, beautiful richness matched by good freshness combined with lovely and complex white fruit, minerals and a touch of butter. This is Chardonnay expressing it's terroir perfectly and does not need any wood to shine, a completely natural wine, produced in a biodynamical way.
- estimated retail price ca. 10,00 euro
- tasted: 12-06-’06 (still delicious after nearly 2 weeks in open bottle)

Loire

Domaine Raimbault Pineau blanc 2004, A.C. Sancerre
* Not the most characteristic of Sancerres, but a most enjoyable and extremely clean and well balanced example. Less green and tart, but richer and rounder than most, as refreshing and elegant and also with that lovely minerally and fresh fruity, crystal clear character of a very good Sancerre.
- estimated retail price ca. 12 euro
- tasted: 22-05-’05 (retasted nearly 3 weeks after opening: still in excellent condition)

Domaine Jean Claude Châtelain blanc 2002, A.C. Pouilly-Fumé **HERITAGE WINE**
* A very classic example of Pouilly-Fumé: not the exuberant green or intense fruity Sauvignon-Blanc, but the more restrained, intense and earthy spicy version with strong acidity that matures into a highly complex minerally and earthy dry white wine with faint impressions of smoke.
- estimated retail price ca. 13 euro
- tasted: 22-05-’05 (same wine -vintage- tasted 2 years ago: impressive wine, very intense, rich, fresh, with great potential.)

Couly-Dutheil "Domaine René Couly" 2002, A.C. Chinon. **HERITAGE WINE**
