* If you just want pure and uncomplicated pleasure, try this organically produced wine: the expressive spicy and ripe cherry fruit combines nicely with the piquant, slightly rustic tannins, uplifting freshness and the attractive touch of sweetness. Clivi "Galea"  rosso 2000, D.O.C. Collio Orientali del Friuli
* An intense and expressive, mature and super classical wine: an intriguing mix of an earthy, classy Bordeaux (aroma's) with loads of phenolic and mature impressions of mushrooms, earth, cedar, farmyard and smoke and a structure of a classical Burgundy (less compact and tight than Bordeaux) combined with the elegance and remarkably freshness of a high quality Cabernet from the Loire. A wine from another era in the style of the 1970-ties, 100% naturally produced from very old Merlots, an absolute rarity.

Accattoli  Lacrima 2004, D.O.C. Lacrima di Morro d'Alba. **HERITAGE WINE**
* A highly aromatic wine with the unique aroma pattern of the rare and regional (black) Morro d'Alba grape, loaded with spicy (cloves, pepper), red and black sweet fruit (cherry), a touch of flowers (wild rose). This pure, elegant, and medium bodied wine has a nice acidity, spicy and ripe (soft)  tannins, good intensity and is well balanced.
